I ordered and there was an IT issue so they didn’t ship for 2 weeks and I was nervous. After many emails back and forth they finally shipped. Shipping to US took just 4 days, package was well packed. Prices are excellent. I would order again.

Consegna prevista in 2 o 3 giorni. Sono ancora in attesa della merce ordinata il 29/07/2020! Al numero indicato per servizio clienti non rispondono, dopo tre email dicono di ritardi nelle consegne.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Still waiting for a reply to where my item is. I have contacted them via email and Facebook with automated replies and 1 reply saying please be patient. On the website it says allow 4 extra days which I was more than happy to wait. It’s now coming up for 3 weeks and nobody can tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered.

Serietà e puntualità sono il loro fiore all’occhiello. Se posso fare una annotazione è quella di fare in modo di avvertire il cliente quando il pacco parte indicando il possibile giorno della sua consegna. Nota di merito anche per aver scelto per le loro consegne il vettore SDS Postale. Azienda seria e con personale all’altezza del compito loro affidato. Altri vettori non sono certamente all’altezza della SDS.

Praticamente non mi è stata spedita la merce dopo 21 giorni di attesa . Numero tel assistenza a pagamento e nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Esercitato il diritto di recesso ( merce mai ricevuta ) quindi sono in attesa del rimborso . Capisco che potrebbe non essere colpa loro , ma se non hai la merce a magazzino lo devi scrivere sul sito .
