In tanti anni che acquisto online con le dovute problematiche che si possono verificare, questa esperienza è veramente la più disgustosa che mi sia capitata. Sono stato costretto a contattare chi ha garantito per la transazione richiedendo il rimborso. Prima di fare questo ho provato a contattare MW per avere notizie in merito del mio acquisto ricevendo solo delle risposte vaghe e prive di interesse. ( Ammesso che l'articolo da me comprato non fosse stato in magazzino sarebbe stata dovuta la relativa comunicazione con l'acquirente.) Vergognosi

Pessimo, materiale mai arrivato, sono in attesa del rimborso. Alle mail rispondono ogni 15gg. Al telefono (a pagamento) dopo aver accettato e essere rimasto in attesa (a pagamento) viene indicato che non possono ricevere altri messaggi e riprovare più tardi.

I am still waiting for my order. They do answer e-mails eventually. But in general the service is very poor and delivery time is not good. I have made two orders which have not been delivered. Other one has now taken two months an still no sign. Hope they will improve their service because the offer a lot of good stuff.

Over a week and heard nothing about my order. So chased it up to then be told 2 days later that the company doesn't have it at all! But have ordered one in themselves to then send to me (at a mark up I presume) paid for fast delivery and now being told item wont even be with them for another week atleast! Terrible company wont be using again

Non lascio le 5 stelle solo perché è stato un po' difficoltoso il contatto con il reparto commerciale. Immagino però, che sia un'anomalia dovuta al periodo particolare. Per il resto: efficienza, ottimi prezzi e consegna rapida.
