DO NOT BUY FROM IF YOU ARE IN THE USA. Very disappointing experience. Ordered online on 05/04/2020. The online status was always showing as "payment received". Could never get a tracking number, even after various contacts with customer service. Asked for a refund; nothing. PayPal stepped in and problem solved. Company may be good in the EU, but if you are in the USA, do not, DO NOT buy from them.

Se potessi dare zero stelle le darei! Pessimi! Disorganizzati! Inaffidabili! Non voglio essere offensivo, ma ne avrei tutti i diritti! Acquistato un oggetto il 29/04 che, da descrizione sul sito, doveva essere spedito entro 2-3 giorni, mentre, ad oggi, 22/05, non è ancora arrivato malgrado le mie innumerevoli email di sollecito. La loro risposta standard è : “Ci dispiace per il disagio ed il ritardo”. Continuano a spostare la data di spedizione. Dicono che lo spediranno a breve. Non lo spediscono. Poi dicono che l’hanno spedito. Chiedi il tracking e non te lo mandano. Prendono solo in giro! Non ordinate niente!!! Il coronavirus non è un’attenuante

Ho effettuato un acquisto del quale sul sito mi dava la disponibilità, ma solo dopo il pagamento mi è stato detto che eravate in attesa del riassortimento perché non più disponibile in deposito. Ad oggi ancora non so quando riceverò il mio ordine, GIÀ PAGATO. senza parole.
