While our order was not delivered because reasons of not in stoke, nobody not informed us about this delay. Only after our question about the status of tracking we got the response that nothing was delivered.

Secondo acquisto con questo venditore; la prima volta tutto benissimo, questa volta invece c'è stato un problema con un articolo aggiunto in un secondo momento, ad ordine chiuso, tramite contatto telefonico. Sebbene l'impiegato abbia gentilmente e velocemente modificato l'ordine, l'articolo in questione non è mai arrivato. L'assistenza tuttavia è stata all'altezza, sia per email che via chat attraverso il sito web. Dopo un'ultimo contatto telefonico, dietro mia richiesta l'articolo è stato prontamente rimborsato. Non tutto può andare sempre bene... questo venditore tuttavia si è dimostrato responsabile e professionale.
