The products are advertised in fact without VAT although it is specified (tax incl shipping). The surprise comes at checkout when the prices are updated with VAT, as for private citizens within EU borders, a 22% VAT is added. Beside this, the personnel responses quickly and the order arrived at time. No warranty paper included.

Terrible firm to deal with, didn't ship item on time. Advertise 24/48 hr delivery, ordered and paid 2nd of May and still waiting for delivery, even when I tried to cancel, they then allegedly shipped the item, although I'm still waiting for the item! So AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pessimo servizio! Dopo oltre 1 mese dall'ordine costretto ad annullare la consegna (mai avvenuta ma regolarmente fatturata ed incassata). Quando ho richiesto il rimborso all'improvviso è stata disposta la consegna. Nel frattempo avevofatto ordine altrove così mi ritrovo con doppio quantitativo... Sconsigliatissimo !!!
