So far, your ability to deliver the product seems to be falling a little short. I have been waiting and waiting for deliver of probably the smallest item you offer. For the almost $16 you wanted to ship this, it should have been here last week.

Happy with the price but very unsatisfied with the delivery time. I was told it would take up to 72h for me to receive the saw I ordered and it ended up being 11 days. Not ok!

After the status of my order has changed due to my payment, nothing has changed to the status of my order. Apparently for a week nothing has been done about my order and I have not been informed about anything. I am therefore very dissatisfied.
