It was very easy. Product selection and payment process was very straight forward. Got a little confused at the end, but Customer Service was there to help. If their response time were to be faster, 5* would be it.

I don't know why you keep putting 24/48h shipping time in order confirmation when it takes 2 months for you to deliver order. This is my second order that I'm still waiting although every item in it had 24/48h shipping time. If you don't have item on stock, write that on webshop. I'm ordering tools because I want it in a couple of days not couple of months.

Ho acquistato presso il vostro negozio online il 25/01/2019 il prodotto “44 punte da trapano Dewalt e 2 pennarelli Stanley”, numero d’ordine 27724, pagando contestualmente euro 104,96 più euro 11,99 di spese di spedizione tramite Paypal. Ad oggi 22/02/2019, trascorsi circa 30 giorni e dopo ripetuti solleciti, ho ricevuto solo 6 punte da trapano e 2 pennarelli suddivisi in 4 spedizioni diverse. Non avete più risposto alle email se non con "non sono presenti a magazzino" Dopo apertura reclamo con paypal sono costretto a fare denuncia alle autorità per vedermi rimborsare l'importo dei prodotti che non avete ancora inviato. Ho detto tutto.
