Extremely unhappy and feel ripped off. I ordered 6x items and only 4x were shipped. No response at all to an email trying to rectify this and the phone number for the main office is "not in service."

Ordino elettrosega Dewalt e una lama tagliaerba, diponibili sul sito, pago; All'arrivo del pacco (inclusa impossibilità di contattare telefonicamente SDA), scopro che l'elettrosega non c'è. Contatto il venditore (solo via mail, al telefono non si riesce), mi rispondono (velocemente) che il pezzo non è disponibile in magazzino. Complimenti al loro sistema di gestione ordini. Pessimi in questa occasione.

Einzig der Einkauf und die Bezahlung funktionierte schnell und tadellos, seitdem warte ich! Minuspunkte: in der Produktbeschreibung waren nicht eindeutige Angaben über den Lieferumfang angegeben! Ich nahm an, dass wenn dort steht "Serienmäßig in TStak-Box" das Produkt auch in dieser Box geliefert wird. Bei elektronischer Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Box dabei sei??????!!! Ich warte nun schon eine Woche auf den Versand meiner Ware. Auch deswegen fragte ich noch einmal elektronisch an. Es konnte mir keine Lieferzeit bekannt gegeben werden, lediglich: "Sobald wir die Informationen über Ihre Bestellung vom Lager bekommen, werden wir Ihnen daran informieren." Ich bereue es, dass ich dort bestellt habe, denn bis jetzt habe ich bei keinem online Einkauf länger als eine Woche auf den Versand warten müssen! Deswegen nur 1 Stern!!!!! Und nie mehr wieder!!!!
