L'azienda è stata precisa nella spedizione preparando il pacco in modo che non potesse danneggiarsi nel trasporto. Inoltre il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti.

Ordine fatto il 23/01 prima delle 7:00 del mattino, spedizione indicata 48-72 ore, il 29/01 provo a telefonare all'assistenza per avere notizie visto che sul sito risulta solo "pagamento accettato" e un risponditore del numero imdicato mi dice di scrivere una mail; la scrivo e il 30/01 mattino, anziché una risposta mi arriva la mail per valutare l'acquisto fatto (!?) dome mi si chiede - nel caso intendessi dare una valutazione non positiva - di telefonare prima ad un numero di assistenza che però suona inutilmente libero..... Per la valutazione, fate voi......

My card was charged a much higher amount than displayed. I received refund after multiple emails and calls to Amazon Pay through whom I paid and Mister Worker who was the seller. Clear description of the issue initially was met with a standard response. Not addressing the issue highlighted. I have serious reservations about a repeat purchase
