I ordered 4 charms, they are lovely, but they all came linked together. This was rather irritating as I don’t have a nomination bracelet so I am not used to taking them apart, and as I’m sure we all know they are ether difficult to separate. This just seemed pointless as they could have just come separate.

I am happy with the product but I am not satisfied with the overall online buying experience & I am disappointed with the customer/after sales service provided. I will not be ordering from Nomination again.

Nomination bracelet came without the engraving on it. I was told i would have to send it back at my own expense even though it was not my mistake. Then repeatedly kept receiving emails with sorry we cant help.
