Ordered two charms . Nomination sent them joined together,why? We had bought them for two different people. Unsympathetic customer service, finally told how to separate them. Old hands trying to move very small things, almost impossible.

Dear George, we regrer reading your review. Adding, removing, and changing around your Links is quite easy. It may take one or two tries the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy-peasy. We always send them joined together (unless differently requested) precisely because it is much more easy to handle them when they are linked. Handling a single Link on its own may be complicated if you're not that used to it. For the next time, in case you wish them to be packed separately, please just inform us writing a note in the notes field at check out, or sending an email with your order number.
