I have had Nomination charms for 15 yrs. Ordering was easy and new charms arrived in a few days! I received messages regarding order status and shipment progress. Great experience!

Very pleased with my personalised charms. Only negative is the, in my opinion a very high postage rate. £10 for 3 little charms to me is excessive.

Hi - I am leaving a 2 star review because I ordered 5 of the same charms as gifts for my firend's birthdays - the problem is that they are all joined together and I am unable to seperate them. This was very shortsighted of the person who packed my order - they should have been seperated and put in their individual packages.

Dear Hilary, we regret reading your review. We have experimented with different methods of packaging our Links over the years. Taking into account that handling a single Link is always very difficult, even for those used to wear our bracelets, the optimal choice has always been to send all the Links together. This does not prevent them from being separated if the pieces are intended for different people. In fact, we always supply the necessary packaging for each single Link. We remind you that, during the purchase phase, it is also possible to provide specific instructions for packaging, so that our logistics can respond to the final requests of the customers. Would be zero if it was an option. Slow shipping. Told item dispatched when it hadn’t been. Told in the UK when it was in Germany. Both links put together in 1 wallet. Were gifts from separate people but stuffed together as 1. Poor service. Wouldn’t order again.

We checked the history of your purchase and confirm your parcel was dispatched in 3 working days and delivered within 48h hours - all as per our standard shipping times. Please consider that our warehouses are located in Italy and that all parcels stop in Germany in order to take the plane that will bring them to the UK. No false information was therefore given. As for the packaging, we confirm that our Links are always shipped together. The motivation lies in the fundamental fact that handling 1 single link is very complicated, while handling 2 or more at the same time is simpler. In any case, we always provide the packaging to be able to pack each Link individually and, in case there are special needs, we have a space dedicated at checkout in which to insert the packaging instructions.
