Still not received my order that was family’s Christmas presents. Not happy as it ruined my Christmas. Customer service is a nightmare with dealing with my problem I’ve sent so many emails and they take so long to reply… till not dealt with my problem

We are really sorry to read your review. We responded to your countless emails almost immediately. None of our replies (not even via whatsapp) took more than an hour to arrive. Immediately after being contacted, we opened a claim with DHL, which has repeatedly confirmed that your package was correctly delivered, providing the courier's gps location and photos of the delivery at your front door. Fantastic service despite all the problems in the UK with Christmas deliveries, this purchase was excellent. No hold ups in Italy to Germany then UK. Then there was a hold up, but only for 24hours. Family delighted with their gifts.

My wife’s earrings never turned up I rang both DHL who are useless by the way and also emailed nomination as they do what all other company’s do nowadays and hide behind an email no help at all and communicating was problem as based in Italy. Never again

The products themselves were as expected and the quality was good. However the fact that I bought them online seems to mean that you do not provide proper packaging, as in a gift bag? This is the second year in a row that I have purchased additional charms but not been provided with gift bags… considering it’s obviously being purchased as Christmas gifts I would have thought that you would provide this as a minimum. The tiny cardboard flat boxes provided are very … TINY This make’s the presents look very insignificant, and with £100 spent very disappointing!!!!

The experience was good. I think if I could advise anyone when purchasing , buy any links you want to add separately. As I purchased 4 to go on the bracelet which would of meant I had 4 extra links to start the new nomination bracelet if I had purchased these links separately. Where as you don't get the 4 links you replaced with charms this way. So when my bracelet is full of charms, it will be 4 links missing in the bracelet that I would be nominating to someone else. I only wish I knew this before purchasing as i would have ordered it differently
