Composable bracelet arrived 2 days earlier than expected. It was a gift for Valentine’s Day for my daughter. The charms I chose have sentimental value. She loved it!

The charms were great, got the red wine and cocktail charm. unfortunately, disappointed at the ten pound delivery charge. With no option for change. Have usually experienced free delivery.

Very fast delivery. Free bracelet with my order of 2 charms however they were already on the bracelet which I was not aware they would be as I wanted them for separate gifts. However I had very quick response to explain that this was in the terms but I hadn’t seen it. I was informed I could get two blanks to put on the bracelet but would be ordinary post. I agreed but as yet haven’t received them.

Very unhappy as my bracelet arrived with imperfections. They were very obvious so I don’t know why Quality Control did not pick this up. The diamonds in the heart were dull and black at the top and the point of the heart was raised. It was a gift for my daughters birthday and I had to ring Italy to get a replacement in time (not yet sure how much this has cost as I’ve made 2 calls). Also emailed as the replacement was going to arrive after the birthday. The lady from nominations was very helpful (great customer service) and sent a replacement to the nearest stockist (unfortunately this is 40 minutes drive away). It was 4 days late arriving (possibly due to winds) ado I still have not received the bracelet as the shop closes at 4pm and I am working. I was very disappointed in the quality control as the bracelet was sent in this condition (not damaged en route)! My daughter has an Italian husband and we all have nominations bracelets but I sadly don’t think I will be buying jewellery from them in the future.

Good morning Kathy, we regret reading your review. All our items are hand made and small imperfections can happen. In case they are evident they are usually detected during the quality check. However all our orders are prepared manually by our operators and some imperfections can be often considered a feature of the craftmanship object itself. We really did our best to dispatch you a replacement in time for your daughter's birthday. Extracee shipments may not be that fast, but once dispatched, orders usually arrive within a couple of days max. Having recently been gifted a nomination bracelet, I wanted to start my charm collection in memory of my late husband, the charms are beautiful, arrived quickly...I did struggle a little to fit them so I will buy the charm tool next time.

I ordered a lovely bracelet for my son’s 10th Birthday. I paid extra for Gift wrapping all I got was a cheap bow thrown in the order. I’m terribly disappointed with the service I received. For the amount of money I spent you would think some effort would have gone into the gift wrapping process. Given one star only good point is it arrived within the stated time frame!
