Pleased with speed of delivery and quality of goods. This might sound petty but very disappointed in presentation. Bought 2 charms and a watch as gifts which came to over £100. Watch was in a simple cardboard box which was torn on the lid. Charms were linked together in a plastic pouch( I had to separate as wanted to give them individually) and then 2 small cardboard wallets provided. No gift bag or anything included. If you weren’t familiar with the brand you would not think I had paid anywhere near as much for the items - I would be reluctant to order nomination online again for this reason.

Watched are anyway sent in the same box provided by any of our retailers. For special occasions, we offer the chance to add a gift wrap at the check out. I bought 3 charms as different presents. All 3 were attached together so I had to ruin 1 persons present asking for the tool to separate them.

Please be aware that, at the check out page, we give the chance to our customers to write packaging instructions for their orders. Unfortunately we didn't receive any from yourself, nor we received any email asking for the items to be sent separate. We always provide packaging for each Link anyway so that customers can separate the Links if they wish. This can be done manually as well with no tools. It was an easy process ordering the Nomination charm. However, the £10.00 postage charge to the UK is extortionate considering the weight and size of the item.

Good morning, thanks for your review. The shipping fees are calculated not on the size or weight of the item but on the amount of duties and taxes we need to pay to clear the shipment at customs. I buy Nomination alot. I love the jewellery but hate that I have to pay for the gift bag if I buy online that I receive free from shops. If Im giving Nomination as a gift I like to give it in a gift bag. It would be a five star rating if they sorted this out.
