Link was perfect, however there were a couple of issues. There needs to be more counties added to drop down list for UK. Also, this was a gift which, due to Covid was being sent direct to the recipient. The gift bag itself was separate from the item, perhaps highlight the fact that the item does not arrive physically in the gift box otherwise it is pointless to order it.

So pleased with the charm I ordered and had especially engraved, it’s stunning. Arrived quicker than I expected and was beautifully packaged. Delighted with the service.

I ordered three charms as a gift for a 50th birthday. The order process was simple. The delivery good. The packaging could have been better...one charm in a lovely box. Although the most expensive charm arrived joined to the other charm and was secured in the standard flat pack. Also thought that I’d receive the blank bracelet as shown in basket, before I confirmed payment. As the charms were a gift, I didn’t have a tool to separate the charms which were joined, so had to give as arrived.
