I found it hard to find there was no attachment for a proper voucher. It was for a christmas present and it looked cheap and tacky.

Service and delivery was good. Main issue was the website where it processed the order three times rather than just once. On the erroneous ones it appeared to have crashed and therefore the order was repeated. However, the orders had all gone through and my account debited three times. To their credit, Nomination dealt with this quite promptly and I got my money back, so decent customer service.
