Excellent service. The Nomination charms arrived, from Italy within 7 days of my order. I ordered goods from a company here in the UK on the same day and 10 days later I'm still waiting for the goods!!!

Ordered well in advance for daughters 40th birthday. I didn’t receive any notification that there was a problem or delay in delivery. I had to contact them via email to ask when the charm would be delivered. I received it after her birthday and then had to wrap and post it onto her. Very disappointed.

Very impressed. Placed an order then 5 days later changed my mind on one piece. Emailed them & it was changed & sent out fairly quickly . Everything came in time for the birthday . Brilliant

My order was for 2 different people and sadly you have locked the links together and i am unable to separate them to wrap them for Christmas the shops are closed due to the pandemic so i am unsure as to what to do

Hello, thank you for your invitation to give you feed back. I am sorry but my experience purchasing from you has not been good. I was unaware that the goods were coming from Italy and was not aware that if I had to return the item it would be at my own expense. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was not as described, the description says it had gem stones on the necklace and when it arrived it was pearls. My purchase was for my Granddaughters 18th Birthday and pearls are not appropriate for a teenager. I have now returned the item at an expense of £9, which is a lot of money for me, and have asked for a refund as a replacement would be too late. On a positive note my EMail correspondence with your customer service and a lady called Caroline was very good. Best Regards Carol Betts
