I ordered 2 of the same charms as presents. Whilst they arrived on time they came linked together and I will now need to await opening of local store to separate them.

Item is perfect, just as expected. The only disappointment was that on the day of delivery I got an email telling me to contact DHL as there was a problem with my delivery. Turns out there was no problem with DHL and it would be delivered later that day but the phone call to an 03 number cost me a small fortune! Would have rated as 5 stars if it hadn't been for this

The link itself is beautiful and nice. but I think the packaging itself isn’t great. When you compare to another brand and the packaging the tiny fold up cardboard it comes in isn’t great.
