I normally love nomination. But on this occasion I am sad to say I was really upset. I placed an order and had to chase it up several times and no one was able to even be in contact on delivery. My order took just under 3 weeks to arrive.

I wasn't happy with the quality of the bracelet and after contacting Nomination they have kindly agreed to accept me returning it to them for a refund, so I can't fault their service its just the bracelet which I wasn't happy with. It looked so fragile that I was afraid to wear it, and it was very difficult to put it on my wrist as the clasp was so tiny and fiddly to operate. Hopefully they take onboard my feedback and improve the clasp and the strength of their bracelets going forward, because otherwise the bracelet was a good looking thing, it just looked like it would break very easily indeed.

I purchased an online voucher as a gift for a friend. We had nothing but bother when trying to purchase a charm online. I had to speak to someone via online chat to get it sorted finally and I shocked that you would need to pay for delivery whilst using a gift card. I will not be using that service again and will remain to use the in store shop.

The start of the order was simple, chose what I wanted and ordered it. Got free delivery which was lovely. However, the lack of communication was frustrating especially as they didn't advise that one of the products was out of stock and had to be made. They waited for me to ask them rather than emailing me to advise my delivery would be delayed. This was a gift for my sisters 50th birthday and I ordered in enough time for the gift to arrive in time for her party. Sadly this didn't happen, it arrived a week after her birthday which was disappointing as we then had to buy additional gifts to make sure she had something to open on her special birthday. All charms are gorgeous and my sister loves them.
