The website was easy to use. The product arrived fine. However I think who ever delivers wants to take more care in who the person signing is. They have myself down as signing for the package, when I was at work. Also they spelt my surname incorrectly.

Still haven’t received my order, I’ve emailed customer service and they replied once and haven’t got back to me again, don’t know how to reply for a refund. Very disappointed as this order was a birthday present. I am sad and angry and I will not be shopping here again. Tell me how I can get a refund as on the website it says I have received my order when I quite clearly haven’t. If you do not give me a refund, you have stolen £40 pounds from me.

Good morning, as wrote via email we regret to read your message and we wrote an email to DHL last week. The courier is checking the status of the shipment. I notice that you've not received your parcel yet. Anyway from the tracking number the courier seems to tried to deliver your parcel 2 times without success: 06/11/19 at 13,44 07/11/19 at 13.52 I asked via email if you tried to contact DHL to concordate the delivery date. At the moment of the shipment you shuld receive a message/email in which you can choose between 6 delivery method. Please reply to our email to find the best solution. Regards Giada

the charms are amazing. They have such a vast selection it’s impossible not to find one you like. You won’t be disappointed. I commented that I waiting a while for response, however I was wrong due to them being on an annual holiday. Apologies. Since then I’ve had excellent customer service.
