It can take a long time between your order being accepted and it being dispatched without any clear communication regarding this. However, when I contacted customer services for an update i received a prompt update advising me of the date that my product would be dispatched. It wasn’t the friendliest email but it told me what I needed to know. I don’t know the reason for this delay, perhaps they’re a small company, but my order was not dispatched until 5 working days after I placed it - essentially a week. So perhaps consider this when ordering. Thankfully I had placed this order head of time.

I love Nomination as its so personalised. My Mum bought me a bracelet and now I've bought all my friends one. This time I got a 4 leaf clover for my friend's birthday and the Gaudi dragon for me as I've just come back from Barcelona. It arrived on time and packaged well xx
