Item did not arrive. Despite 4 contacts with customer services I still don't have my order which is a Christmas present.

Great service. I ordered a personalised bracelet and the online chat was helpful with a query I had and then an email correspondence I had about the personalisation was efficient. the regular email updates I got were great too. Quick delivery too!

The wrong address was on my order and the Nomination customer service managed to get this changed to the correct address even thou the order had already been dispatched by contacting the carrier and getting it changed. My order arrived the next day and I am very happy with it. Excellent customer service
