I ordered the double "mum" link for Mother's Day this year. Initially I felt £8 was a high price for delivery but the service was excellent and I am very pleased that it came within plenty time for Sunday - next day after dispatch! The customer service I received from Giada was exceptional. A very personal interaction with prompt replies and detailed updates on my purchase. This is the highest level of customer service I have received from a company via email so thank you again to Giada.

Bracelets links are fab!!delivery of items very prompt!!the only problem I had was when looking for links if I ordered one, when I went back to look at more the site brought me back to the beginning page of the links..not where I left off!!was very time consuming and frustrating!!other than that..very happy!!

I received the package in a very timely manner. But, i ordered 3 charms and only received one. I emailed customer service to report the mistake in shipping. The Nominations staff was very prompt and courteous and the mistake was quickly rectified and the charms were shipped out promptly. I am very please with the the quality and service Nominations provides to its customers.

Love the products and the the online service team, the only issue is the webpage. The charm page is extremely frustrating, it constantly freezes and considering there are over 1000 charms on there to view it would be great if u didnt have to start back at page one every time

This was my second time using nomination. The first time was excellent and my parcel arrived within 2 days but this time I had to wait nearly two weeks which resulted in the birthday gift being given late.

Ordered on 27/02/2017. Received on 16/03/2017. Suppose to be 3-5 days! After communication informed I would received a free bag but it never came with my order. Ordered 2 double links that came in the same gift envelope.....no good as charms were for 2 different gifts! So had to purchase a different box to give one of the gifts in! Very disappointed. Would reconsider ordering again direct from Nomination unfortunately!!
