I love the flag charms and I have 3 separate bracelets . Each time I visit another country, I buy a flag charm (65 countries visited so far!). 2 problems I have tho with Nominations. 1. You don't have enough countries. I'm going to Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, but all you have is Botswana. I have to then buy cheap ones and they fall apart. Please make more choices! 2. You used to keep stock in the NYC office and now no more. It was so simple to pop by and just pick up what I needed. Bring them back, please.

This charm is very pretty. It has a bit of weight, just as you'd like. One stone is missing a prong, so I hope it stays put. I'm careful with my jewelry, but wish this charm had all its prongs because I bought it to wear everyday. Quick shipping. Communication was great.

I can only say that the whole experience was absolutely amazing, easy to order and customer services was brilliant, my order was with me within 3 days. I cannot fault Nomination, they were excellent.

A bit confused by link in Italian with directions to pick up item from delivery company. Took some figuring to know where to pick item up, as deliverer never left a slip, I only had email to go on. On plus side updates on delivery by email were consistent and frequent, and online purchase straightforward.

Very helpful service when credit card payment failed and order was submitted three times before payment was processed. You have an excellent product that my wife loves. Her anniversary gift has been very well received. I spelled out her full name after getting her initial on its own last year. Thank you very much for all your help.

I found your web site really difficult to negotiate. Finding individual links for bracelet was a nightmare. The necklace I ordered was not there one day then there the next, very time consuming. My previous order for which I had a gift voucher was a complete muddle as there were two codes sent to my husband who passed on the wrong one to me so I had to pay full price for the links I wanted. Your customer service was very good at helping me sort that one out but would not credit the voucher against that order hence I had to place another order for the necklace.
