I am absolutely delighted. I purchased a base bracelet and two charms as a gift, and everything is beautifully and carefully crafted. The items were also packaged very elegantly. In addition, the shipment to Poland was delivered very quickly. I highly recommend both the shop and its products

Everything was fine. From ordering to delivery. The bracelet is very pretty. One thing could be improved. Namely, the bracelet could come with a key for self-sizing. Thank you very much.

I ordered this for my partners birthday, delivery was an issue and I had to change collection address and then when the package arrived and I opened it the gift bag itself was tattered and the box with the bracelet in it had a damaged corner this is very disappointing

Shipped fast and status updates were well communicated. I’ve had my bracelet for probably 15 years and it still looks new! It always looks great, casual or dressy and it is well made. A favorite piece I always grab to wear.

it was confusing because I went to use a discount code that showed up on my computer, but I was told it was valid only till midnight. though it was still on my computer next morning. I bought the item but thought that was very poor customer service. Not comfortable with using this site again.
