This is my first online shopping experience and I was delighted. I ordered items on Sunday and they were delivered to me in the UK by Thursday. Was kept well informed about delivery dates etc. Definitely be buying directly again.

Shopping experience was good. Website is a little difficult to use espically when designing a bracelet. Only other issues I found was when I ordered more than one thing I never got enough bags to put them all in so kind of spoilt the present idea I had going on.

The customer service was very poor. There was a problem on your website which meant the complimentary base bracelet offer was no longer available when I finally placed my order (over €350). I followed this up with customer service afterwards and they were so unhelpful. I asked for contact details for the Directors so I could follow up further but I received no response to my request. I am absolutely disgusted by the poor service received.

Good morning, Thank you for your review on Feedaty. We regret to read your message but as i wrote you via email, your order has been placed when the Composable Promo was already ended. The order has been placed 3 days after the end of the promotion: this is the reason why you not received the bracelet for free. The Composable promo has had a validity of 2 weeks and it's concordated with the stores and retailers. We cannot extend the promo only for some customers, we regret. Love Nomination but placing an order can be quite a task. Everytine you go on the website it is terrible slow, so you have to keep going back home and starting again other wise love it all :)

After 6 days waiting for my order i contact customer service to complain only then was the order passed to the warehouse poor servi e wont use you again
