Great products but very slow turnover from placing order to shipping.

As stated on the website we resumed the shipment on the 14/01 due to inventory closing. We inform all our customer about this delay at the "check-out" page. This means that we started to ship all the order received received from dec. 20th starting from the 14/01. Generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. The charms are lovely but it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my order. When I emailed to complain the order then turned up the day after, I think I would still be waiting for my order now if I hadn't emailed customer services!

I understand it was over Christmas but delivery took a long time. This was not warned of in advance or not made clear.

Excellent product as usual. Whilst I expected delivery to be slower than usual because one item needed engraving and order was placed just before Christmas period, it took even longer because of 1 weeks stock take after the 2 weeks holiday, which was not advised on website and only notified after I sent email enquiring about timescales

I ordered my item on 6th January using a gift card that I got for Christmas. I have never shopped directly with Nomination before and was disappointed to see that they didn’t have as much choice as other retailers. On 11th January I contacted customer services as I had not received any correspondence regarding my order. I spoke to a lady who told me that she couldn’t even look to see if I had placed an order never mind tell me if it had been dispatched yet. As customer services I would assume that this is something they would be help with but no I was told that they couldn’t help me at all. I then emailed customer services and received a reply a few days later saying that they had been closed for Christmas so no items had been posted. I did not see any mention of this on the website and there was nothing on my email when I did eventually receive confirmation of my order. My item was then delivered 22nd January, a total of 16 days after ordering. This would not have been a problem if I had been made aware. Very poor customer service.
