I saw those earrings and necklace in duty free in Puerto Rico and for some reason I didn’t buy them. I found them online a week before my bday. And thought i will get them after. I couldn’t expect better service. With overnight shipping I have received my bday gift on time and I was able to wear it on a day of celebration. I was so happy and thankful! Notifications via email and sms were very very helpful and I am so glad I choose Nomination. Also it was very easy to order online, which is an important part. Thank you ❤️

Great company to deal with. I am located in the U.S. but purchased my bracelet when I was in Italy 10 years ago. I was devastated when it broke but was happy when I found the company online. I submitted my order and weeks later it arrived. They sent plenty of communication tracking my delivery.

It took over a month to receive my order which is totally unacceptable I will not order from you online again

Fantastic service from my enquiry with your on line help service, (very helpful) the communication from Nomination after service (emails) i.e., order received, order being dispatched/delivery date etc. Order was received within 24hrs or being notified it had been dispatched.

Ordered before Christmas and didn't receive my order till January 20th, horrendous service... will not be purchasing again.

Poor service. Complete lack of customer service and remove negative feedback from social media. Ordered item well before Xmas, item arrived end of January a full month after ordering. Then was cheeky enough to include a 10% discount code like you would order from them again. The Xmas card might come in handy next year no use at all in january
