Placed a order 7 days later no email to confirm order 3 emails later finally told 2 items no longer in stock, finally dispatched, after 2 weeks service not good enough

2 weeks after my purchase and order has not been sent. After I contacted them that advises me that 1 item I had ordered was missing. The other item was still not posted for a further week. Very poor service

Placed order online for 3 charms, got delivered to find they came all together in a little paper pouch in a Jiffy bag that’s it with no bag/box like when bought from store they come wrapped in yellow tissue paper in little pouch with a little bag - these are xmas present so what I’m meant to put the in !! Not happy !!

It's composed from a shopping bag, gift message and a little ribbon. Unfortunately the gift box was not included in your order confirmation. I am satisfied with the quality of the jewelry but had to wait a few weeks for the items to be dispatched and delivered. Also, I received an email from the courier to say it would be delivered the next day but then a day later another email was sent to say my purchase had made it's way to belfast instead of Newcastle deposit. This delayed delivery another 48 hours.
