Easy to order and fast delivery

Happy with my shopping experience, fast delivery although when my parcel arrived there was way too much unnecessary packaging for what I'd ordered which then came in more packaging from the delivery company.

I've only just started collecting nomination composable links and so checked out the Nomination website. I placed my order and was impressed by the seed, the packaging and the products purchased.

Whilst I am satisfied with the products & the efficient service I am extremely disappointed with the packaging, I ordered one big link & one classic link as gifts for two different people. They have been packed together in the same pouch & only one box has been provided therefore leaving me with a link & nothing to put it in. I am aware that there was the option to purchase gift bags at an extra cost of £2 each but I did not want these. I fully expected that such a prestigious company would have supplied each charm in individual pouches or boxes. It just does not come across as being a very professional way of presenting your product.

We not received any request about the packaging and, as you wrote in the review, there is also an option at the check-out that permit to add the gift box. Huge range of jewellery, great prices, fast delivery, only downside was the website was a bit slow and kept crashing, but i presume this was because of the black friday rush and the site undergoing heavy traffic. all in all happy with my purchase experience .

Using the website is a tedious process (after clicking to look at the next page, it does not automatically put you at the top of the next page, so you have to manually scroll to the top, but there are no page navigation numbers at the top of the page so you have to scroll back to the bottom again to move on). I ordered 2 items, both listed on the website as available. A few days later, I am contacted to say that one of the items is no longer in stock and I should choose a replacement. It is my belief that the seller should update their website to reflect when an item is out of stock, but instead of doing this, the item in question was still listed on their website, but when clicked on, it would say 404 Page Not Found, rather than indicating it is out of stock. When I received the invoices detailing my refund and then purchase of another item, all of the invoice was in Italian. For a company that distributes outside of Italy, it is expect that they would translate documents of this nature, as I have no idea if the information on those invoices was correct. The two items arrived in separate deliveries, even though the replacement item arrived before the item in the original order. The packaging was atrociously unnecessary! A full A4-sized envelope, with numerous marketing leaflets inside, all to hold one tiny item smaller than a fingernail. Since the items arrived separately, this happened twice! Entire experience with this company has been exhausting, and in future, I will purchase from a third-party seller or from the small pop-up Nomination stores in large shopping centres.
