Standard website nothing flash. Made my daughter a bracelet. Was lovely when it came however not much correspondence in regards to confirmation or delivery up until the very day it got delivered. I was starting to panic a little. Overall will buy again.

I’ve had a terrible experience- my order got sent to the wrong address. Can’t get hold of DHL, nomination take ages to Reply. I have no bangle and they have my money with still no response

Worst experience. I will not buy your products on -line again. Delivery was a nightmare and cost me a fortune to try and sort out. Not impressed.

We can see that the delivery took 72h instead of the 24/48h stated on the website, but this was due to the fact that the courier did not find you at home at his first delivery attempt. Website was not the most user friendly, hard to find the charm I wanted without scrolling through loads and loads. However the checkout was straightforward and the item arrived in good time. It was weird because they sent a box with the charm but the charm didn't fit in the box? So that was a bit annoying because it was a gift and I had to give it in the packaging. The charm was quite hard to get onto the bracelet too.

Great online experience. Bought a bracelet with two link charms, huge selection to choose from. Smooth process from start to finish - DHL delivered on time, quality and packaging excellent. Will buy again.

Says easy to return item but it’s not. Ignores your email so you can’t return it so it’s going in the bin and I won’t buy from nomination again. Lesson learnt.
