Love my new links. The only improvement can be made on the website when you view a specific link and then go back to the main page it takes you back to the start of the page and not where you left off.

I ordered 2 hearts a got a female symbol. it was a gift thankfully she saw the humor and is keeping it as a conversation piece!!!

I was only informed about 2 days before shipping that one of the items I had ordered was not in stock, this was 2 weeks after the order was placed. It would have been more helpful if I was informed sooner.

My first order didn't go through and so I had to contact Customer Services. Giada in Florence(?) came back to me quickly to confirm my order status and to advise what I should do next and also confirmed my subsequent order was successful. Our exchange of emails were quick and resolved to full satisfaction and I found Giada to be super helpful.

In the website it is said that the engraving can be up to 15 characters but in the end by email I was requested to cut it down to 6 characters. It also shows a "name name" and this is also not possible. So you advertising and selling through the website links that are not possible to be achieved.

The engraving work is performed by our laboratories on every single customer's request, and to avoid too small and illegible texts, our craftsmen they suggested to correct the writings in shorther name or letters. Apologizing for the inconvenience we gave you a discount of 20% on your next purchase and we offered assistance to our best.
