This is my second purchase from Nomination.com and I have been pleased with the service. My orders have arrived in good time. The only issue I have is with the website and viewing the links. You should be able to get the option to view it rather than the photo appearing whenever you hover over the link. Sometimes after viewing the link closer, when you go back it does not take you back to that link and you have to start your search again.

The only disappointing thing about this was I ordered to different charms which were for two different people but when it was sent out they had both been put in the bracelet which meant there was only one box. When I called customer service they told e that I had to write in the box when ordering that I want it in seperate boxes. First time buyers from the website will not know this as it does not say to do this anywhere. Which was a bit upsetting when they came out and they were put on the bracelet in one box and I needed them in different boxes.

Stressful, will never purchase anything again. Received a giftcard as a present , initially Nomination website did not recognise the barcode. After numerous emails to Nomination in Italy, their website accepted the gift code. Then the fun started..... no delivery! again after numerous emails to Italy, I was informed items were not in stock and other exucses. Waited about 7 weeks then my friend who purchased gift card reclaimed her money via Sec 75 Consumer Credit Card Act for failure to deliver goods. Within days, I was notified that goods had been dispatched. I replied requesting that they don't send the goods as money had been refunded, however this was ignored and received goods! I contacted them requesting how do I return the goods and to date received no reply. My friend who has been charged again is now having the inconvenience to explain situation to her bank and again requesting that she be refunded. I since made an attempt to return goods to a Nomination shop in UK, however they have refused goods saying I have to return goods to Italy and pay for postage. 3 months later the battle continues........
