I went with your company so I could have my purchase gift wrapped and sent direct to my receipient. I paid £8 for delivery when I could have got this for free with another company. Your delivery service is shockingly slow and it was also delivererd to my home address instead of my step mothers address. There must have been an error on your system as it shows my address with her postcode on my order which I never picked up on as I know I put the correct address in before I confirmed. I'm very disappointed with your service.!

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review on Feedaty. I am sorry to read your message but, as my colleague Francesca wrote you via email, this is a particular period in Italy (summer holidays). In fact in Italy 14th and 15th August was national holidays so the Company was closed. Your parcel has been shipped within 2 working days, as stated on the Eshop. About the postal code, our system added correctly the postal code you gave us but it was wrong. This is why UPS contacted you to verify the correct address and to proceed with the delivery. Disappointed in the customer service. I was gives code for free postage, I entered the code but it did not come off my order. I emailed customer service who said they could do nothing about it but I Could use on my next order, which after the response from customer service I will not be using nomination again

Dear Customer Thank you for your review on Feedaty. I am sorry to read your review and I Would like to explain you why the code has not been accepted. The promocode should be inserted before the payment in order to permit to the system to decrease the value of it. The promocode was not been used and the shipping costs were been already paied. So The transaction was already made and the order was been already processed. For this reason we have not deleted your order because our logistic dep was in process to elaborate your order.
