Wish I had ordered from UK instead of direct from Italy. Delivery that arrived was not what I ordered… I had to return it post office and they finally sent out correct order. A lot of emails etc for their mistake.

Ι know your company here in Athens. I am completely satisfied with everything I have ordered from you!! But I have a complaint !! You don't have many pieces and symbols. I want to order the Rose Gold bracelete but it's not available!! Also, many symbols are not available. Also I have to notice something!! in the TRAVEL SECTION you have all the flags of countries except Greece?? WHY?? Didn't you love us ?????

Horrible experience. Terrible craftsmanship, terrible costumer service that does but stand behind their items. Especially a charm that arrived not fully attached to the base. I had a nomination 20 years ago that I loved dearly and I regret getting a new one. Want to return it? Sure. Independently ship it back to Italy and if it gets lost, oh well
