I love the product and concept, the bracelets and charms are fabulous. I’m disappointed that when you invest so much money into this product they don’t come with the tool to open and change the links! My jewellers was not allowed to sell Me one when I bought my bracelet and I think this should be included in order to change links in your bracelet at home.

The composable bracelet is beautiful. I didn’t receive the tool to make changes to charms in future. I also didn’t receive much about caring for bracelet or the warranty. Continuing to expand charm categories and representation. I am composing based on countries traveled to.

We ordered online in Italy to send a bracelet with charms to the USA as a gift for a family member. Ordering was easy and the package arrived promptly. We have been enjoying giving and receiving Nomination jewelry for over 20 years.

I received an evoucher as a birthday gift which was great, but when I went to a store to use it I was told I could only use this On-line which was very dissapointing as they also charge you £10 for delivery???? My sons purchased this voucher for me with their pocket money so it was not for a large amount and by the time I added the cost of delivery on it was not worth much and I ended up having to put my own money towards the cost. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
