The website was a bit hard to use, especially the shopping cart. I would like to reopen my items in cart to check them again. The check out was easy and secure. Delivery by DHL was quick and easy, package was in great condition. All items were also perfect and matching to ones on the website. Thank you for great service, I will be using it again!

I ordered a 21st link and an 18th link. When they arrived the links where joined together. I was expecting them to be separate - because I wanted them for two separate occasions. Clearly I wouldn't want an 18th and a 21st link together. It look me ages to separate them as I find the links difficult to remove. This was just sloppy from nomination.

At the check-out there is the possibility to add a gift box that it's composed by: 1 shopping bag, 1 small ribbon, 1 gift message. Fab service, quick, easy and come signed for delivery. My only criticism is the card envelope they come in is far far too big. But small flat pack box inside was brill to pop up and use as they were for a gift. Lovely charms the 10 year old recipient was happy.

Hi! It is with great pleasure that I recommend buying on this website. I pruchased a bracelet to give as a present for my sister-in-law, for she has become a mother this week, and it was extraordinady that the package arrived just on time. The package was really awsome and I was given the opportunity to write a special message.

Quality is Great, and the selection is top notch, but the discount codes given out as encouragenemt to purchase are poor. Minimum spend is usually €50 yet the items are €45.
