Excellent online website experience. Really easy to find what you are looking for and ordering was really fast and convenient for next time to remember details. Informed all the way about order, despatch and delivery. Clear estimation given at the front of the process. Only negative was not being able to get a quicker delivery service, however i understand this is difficult to promise accross the continent. very reasonable delivery price. Very happy with the delivery packaging and the care taken.

Charm was good, delivery tracking and updates were good. Website is poor and doesn’t always work and was slightly disappointed when I paid extra for gift wrapping and a personalised card to say happy birthday with the receivers name on it yet just a standard card saying ‘ a gift for you arrived’ not really acceptable when I paid extra for that service. Next time I want to purchase from here I will be going to a shop and will not be ordering from the website
