Don’t know how any company these days can justify taking 14 days to post your order, particularly as the customer pays postal costs anyway. Wish I had ordered from elsewhere to be honest and I won’t be returning. Upon asking I was told the that delivery times were advertised on the website, I didn’t see this as would have chosen to shop elsewhere.

The delay is due to many factors such as the christmas holidays (the company has been closed) and, above all, the shipments are been blocked for 2 weeks due to the inventory of stock.
