I was disappointed by the website at Black Friday deal. It was terrible. 2 of the 4 charms I paid for were not in stock and they were when I paid for them which resulted in me loosing out on the deal as I was not informed until after black Friday deal was ended. I then had to buy the two missing from my local shop. I can not believe they could not be sent from where stock was available? Or not have charged me in first place as it took a while to receive refund ! I paid for gift wrapping and received one flat box that’s it. Not great service at all from a previously loyal customer. Not received

We contacted all the customers asap - we received many and many orders with the same items discouted and we disabled the missing items when the orders were already placed. I love the nomination brand!! All items of nomination that I have bought in the past (and there is quite a few) have all been of amazing high quality. Most recently bought a charm that was personalised and it came out looking amazing!! 5* products that last 5*service 5* speedy delivery Amazing company highly recomed!!!
