Love the products and the large images. But it's difficult to continue shopping after placing item in the shopping cart. Also no alert when item was out of stock. Site could be improved for easier shopping. Very nice to have received a catalog with the shipment. Thanks very much.

Super Service, the only thing I wasn't happy with was that the links (one big, one classic) were put together as they obviously don't belong to the same bracelet. Everything else was great as always.

I never received my bracelets. DHL tried to deliver one night at 7:30. I live in a gated community and they won't allow any trucks in after 5. I tried to reschedule, but there website is not user friendly. I haven't heard a word from them since. I would prefer not to have to sign. I live in a very safe community. I am guessing maybe they shipped them back. Please let me know. Thank you, Susan Allen

I ordered Stainless Steel Bracelet with plaque as a Birthday gift for my husband. I requested a GIFT receipt with A GIFT CARD, but nothing of that happened!!! The Price was not hidden and there was not any Gift Card as I ordered !!!!!!!!! That was not a good way to give someone a birthday gift!!!! I'm not satisfied with that.
