I have purchased three bracelets and three rings as gifts, everyone I gave them to loved them. All orders were shipped immediately and arrived in lovely gift boxes (that you don't get from other stockist) Would recommend products to anyone and will certainly buy from them again.

Beautiful charms, easy to add in to a bracelet. Bought for a friend for her birthday and she loved them. Website was easy to use and the order process was very quick and easy. I hadn't realised however that the charms were coming from Italy and was a little worried as they took a long time over the Christmas season to be delivered. This was my fault for not reading the infor on the site when ordering!! Overall I will be ordering from this company again as other makes of charms which fit this type of bracelet are not as good a quality as the authentic Nomination charms.

The product themselves were good... but your customer service team are very rude. Upon asking where my order was I got a snotty email back saying I can cancel it? Perhaps a few lessons on how to speak to a customer needed! Especially the price you pay!
