My order 30492 placed 1 month ago DHL returned to Italy. DHL had troubles wth customs. In my opinion there was too many details on the invoice, I ordered just a bracelet, but the invoice was showing 23 gold pieces, enamel, etc, and showing the unit price with a lot of ceros, maybe it was a proof there was something prohibited to import via a simple parcel. If you decide to send it again try FEDEX and declare 1 piece, stainless steel bracelet, thats It, and please connect links to make it a proper bracelet. also declare total value under 300 us dollars, under that price the import of a single piece is free. Your magazine and web site made shopping very easy. It was also nice to know when the product was on its way and how long it would take to arrive.
