Have not gotten my order and it has been 3 weeks.

I placed Order on December 13 and payment was made. Shipment was not initiated until December 21. DHL did not deliver until December 28. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. The web page on which this review was submitted is only partially translated. Only the first of the 5 categories for which a rating is requested has been translated to English. For example the second Category is described as 'Consegna (Optional)'.

Hello, I honestly didn't think I would receive before Christmas Day but I did! The items were packaged well and the charms came in perfect condition. The only mistake I made was buying my mother-in-law the same zodiac charm that she already has. I will be contacting Customer Service to see how I can make an exchange. Thank you.
