As soon as my friend put the bracelet on she had it in when she was sleeping and it broke. Shes so upset and im disappointed

I actually wasn’t happy as I ordered the bracelet with charms but only one of the charms was for the bracelet the other charms were gifts for other people so I then had to go to my local nomination stockist and purchase five blank charms!

They chose to use a useless Courier who delivered to the wrong address! Then when I eventually got it part of it was missing. They did refund me but had to keep emailing to find out what was going on!

hello, i'm not happy at all! i ordered (order 31000020646) on 2/12 a golden link SKU 03180002 and i revieved the link in silver, and not in gold. this was a present for Xmas. Instantly i send a email to tell that there was a problem, and the person(Giada) replyed that i would receive the golden link in between 2/7 days. for the moment i'm still waiting without news en no present for Xmas!

If you prefer to receive a refund, i will proceed with the refund. If you prefer to wait for the link, the shipment will organize starting from January 15th due to the inventory of stock that not permits to organize any shipments. Let me know via email. Amazing customer service! I asked for separate packaging for each charm I bought since they were separate Christmas gifts that is what they did, not all companies would do that!
