The sale process was easy and quick. I love my bracelet. However I have a huge problem as I am unable to add links. I don't have the tools and I managed to remove some links as it was too big but then I needed to add one back and I cannot to it. So the bracelet is uncomfortably tight. Do you have a suggestion please? Thank you

The product it’s self is good quality but the steps to be able to return it and get it replaced is awful! I have a nominations shop 5 minutes down the road but I had to pay £7 to get it returned as I wasn’t able to return it back to the shop.

Easy to order. Charms arrived and we attached to bracelet. Didn’t expect or want that. Apparently my fault as it said they would on the bracelet. Wrote and was given tube link to get them off. Couldn’t and still can’t get them off the said bracelet. Not at all happy with this after service
