Easy to order and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. However, £10 delivery charge is a lot for a very small charm which costs £24.

The quality of the bracelets are amazing! However, if you wish to order from the US, don’t count on exchanging/returning. The cost to send back to Nomination to exchange/return would cost more than one of the bracelets.

Happy with the nomination charm. Although I thought the postage charge was expensive in the bigger scheme of things and there was no option to choose a cheaper postage option.

Regretfully, we don't have the chance at the moment to lower shipping costs, as these depend on duties and taxes we bear at customs (which are calculated on the price of items shipped and not size). i'm very happy with the purchase of 2 links, from the ease of registering an account, to broswsing and ordering via the website, and then the speed that the links were delivered. Will definitely be ordering from Nomination again soon.

I am pleased with what I received but a little concerned about the longevity of the charms because when I gave them to my partner he noticed the gem had fallen out of one of the existing charms on the bracelet and when he contacted Nomination nothing could be done. So I'm hoping these charms are designed to last.

In accordance with current legislation, Nomination replaces at no additional cost any item that has conformity / production defects up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is accompanied by a stamped and signed purchase receipt and / or warranty. I am absolutely in love with my Charm Bracelet! I had one when I was younger and I was so happy to purchase 19 custom charms that all mean something special to me to wear around everyday now as an adult! I’m so glad I made the investment. This is going to be something I never take off and will cherish for the rest of my life! I was also very impressed with the large collection of different charms they had and thoroughly enjoyed picking out all 19! I’m planning on ordering another bracelet to be able to collect a new charm whenever I go somewhere on vacation to be able to bring that memory with me everywhere! Being from Canada I love the idea of having a piece of my Italian ancestry with me everywhere I go! Thank you so much, this bracelet truly means the world to me!! :)
