I was disappointed as I bought 3 different gifts I paid for gift wrap and only got sent 1 gift bag I tried going into some stores that sell nomination but they were very unhelpful and would not let me buy a gift bag

Worst experience ever. Never received item. DHL delivery is the worst. Still dont have item and Christmas is upon us. Don't risk it....Would have given a zero if it were an option....

Dear Carla, We regret reading your review. DHL has made two delivery attempts but it seems that you had moved from the address provided on your order confirmation. They have got in touch by email and then informed you that the parcel had been directed to your nearest service point. You were able to see that information from the tracking email we sent you as well. At the same time you never got in touch with us requesting for help or informing that you didn't get the parcel - so we were not able to make the necessary checks with the courier. I am absolutely delighted with my recent order from Nomination. I knew that some of the charms I ordered were out of stock and therefore knew that the delivery would be delayed. As soon as they were back in stock I received my invoice. Delivery was very prompt. Excellent customer service. It is so convenient to order directly from Nomination. That’s my bracelet and watch filled - maybe time to start a new bracelet …….

We didn't realise we had to pay 7.00 for postage due to the duty not being paid. Otherwise ok however will just buy from retailer in future.

I have recently purchased nomination bracelets for my daughters as recommended by a friend. The delivery had full tracking details and the bracelets and charms arrived well packaged. I also ordered gift bags which give it a special feel. There is an amazing selection of beautiful charms and I feel the bracelets are made to last a lifetime. I plan on gifting charms on special occasions as I feel it’s a lovely way to collect memories.

It was reasonably easy to book although I felt there could have been more order to the individual links. I also would have preferred the links not to have been joined together when they arrived as I had difficulty separating them
