Great easy ordering, delivery even though being shipped in from Italy was so quick, and the presentation and detail of the item and packaging were brilliant, I cannot rate this highly enough.

So disappointed, ordered £100 of charms for my daughter's graduation, came in an envelope without a box or gift wrap. Contacted Nomination who claim to be unable to send a gift box on its own due to EU regulations !!! Never heard such utter rubbish in all my life. Wont be buying from them again

Dear Anne, we regret reading your review. All our Links are sent with standard packaging. In case a gift wrap is needed, we do offer the chance to add this at check out - before completing the payment. Unfortunately this was not your case. As already informed by email we are not able to send boxes or marketing material free of charge through customs. We tried to propose you alternative solutions that were not accepted and we regret if we could not meet your expectations. I was given an email gift certificate but could only spend it online & had to wait for it to come from Florence with a £10 postage charge! It would be better if you could spend it in a UK shop.

Excellent quality jewellery. I ordered 3 nomination charms for my niece's birthday. I was so happy with how quick they were delivered, as I was late ordering and didn't know if they'd arrive in time but they did. The quality of the charms are 100%. Packaging lovely and there isn't anything I could fault you on. Would definitely recommend ye and I plan on making future,, purchases
