I asked the package to be left in our lobby without signature needed. It was not left, only my delivery notice was left.

Lovely charm for bracelet and delivered quickly.

The bracelet is beautiful. The Custer service ie email replies very quick. Everything apart from one thing is 5 star, the rating of 4 stars has been given as I think when wanting to buy a charm for these bracelets you should be able to without having to buy another bracelet also price is taken off total for the charms bought as the free inks are kept. I personally would prefer to buy as original price and keep the links that have been replaced with charms that way you build another bracelet instead of having to buy another. Let's face it it's more expensive to buy charms than the bracelet. Some customers want to buy a charm or 2 as a gift to go on a existing bracelet to follow the theme or story until they need a new one.

I got a personalised charm which came very quickly and is absolutely gorgeous. However one of the links inside the charms came damaged which made it incredibly difficult to separate from the other and get attached to the bracelet. However now it is on there is no problems. Great memorial for my grandad

I have bought 3 bracelet for family members, and charms throughout the year. Communication is brilliant, with regular up dates on delivery times. Everything is always well packed. Will always us this company for Nomination charms. Highly recommend.

This was a gift for a friends birthday. I was shocked at the postage cost to the UK and grateful of the offer to get free postage in exchange for my data (for a newsletter). However there is no clear, easy way to unsubscribe from this. The charm arrived in time and I had tracking information for the shipment. The charm is very small. If this wasn't a present I would never have spent all this on such a small item.

Amazing service! Ordered my mother a bracelet for her birthday and realised it was wrong and they helped me get the extra links in time for her to still have the present for her birthday!
